Our Client:

Our client is a world leading mining technology company, with their Head Office being based in the northern suburbs of Perth.

The Role:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Advisor to join their Head Office team, initially on a contract basis with the possibility of extension.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver effective recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Advertising roles and sourcing suitable candidates
- Shortlisting and assisting with interviews




- Recruitment administration and coordination
- Building strong relationships with and advising hiring managers
- Understanding the business and providing tailored recruitment advice

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Experience within mining, oil & gas, technology, or a similar industry
- Experience in white collar, technical recruitment is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to build strong relationships and understand hiring managers’ needs
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
