The Role

Be Part of Something New! - We’re opening a NEW STORE and looking for Entry Level Customer Service Team Members!

Are you friendly, reliable, and enjoy working in a rapid-paced retail setting? At Spudshed, we’re looking for motivated team members who are eager to learn, provide great customer service, and be part of a supportive team.

This role includes hands on training to help you build your skills and confidence in a busy checkout environment. You’ll play an important part in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, while developing valuable retail experience.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Serving customers at the checkout in a friendly and efficient manner





- Handling cash and card transactions accurately

- Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area

- Assisting customers with questions or directing them to the right team member

- Restocking items near the checkout area when required

- Following store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

- Working as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly during busy periods

Skills & Experience

- Previous supermarket retail experience is an advantage, but not essential

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Good communication skills

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with a positive approach
