About the Role

With major marketing investment, an expanding product range and ambitious five-year growth plans, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Salesperson to join our team.

This is a warm-lead sales role—no cold calling. You’ll work with qualified enquiries generated through our digital marketing campaigns and guide customers from enquiry to completion.

Yor responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Build rapport and understand customer needs

- Recommend the right solution and prepare quotations

- Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into sales

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience

- Become the trusted point of contact throughout the buying journey

About You





Alongside a strong work ethic, you’ll bring:

- At least five years’ experience in e-commerce or B2B sales

- Full Australian working rights or permanent residency

- Experience in home improvement, building, construction, kitchens, sheds, landscaping, pools, caravans, vehicles or other high-value sales—highly regarded

- Solid organisation, initiative and communication skills

- The ability to build trust quickly and follow up relentlessly

- Ownership of your results and a genuine desire to build a long-term career

You’re confident without being arrogant and understand that great sales come from listening, building relationships and following up consistently. You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
