We're looking for a reliable Café All-Rounder to work across our two Maitland venues, The Rigby & Moreish Cafe
The role involves coffee preparation, working front of house serving customers, sandwich and simple food preparation plus cleaning and other general café duties.
You’ll need:
Strong barista skills, including experience dialling in, troubleshooting grind, steaming milk and producing consistent latte art
Previous café or hospitality experience is required; experience preparing sandwiches and wraps is a plus
Friendly, productive customer service
The ability to stay organised and work well under pressure
A positive attitude and robust team focus
High standards of cleanliness and food safety
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about quality coffee and enjoys working in a rapid paced environment.
Pay: $26.44 – $48.66 per hour
