Application Question(s):
We require experience in around all aspects of a cafe environment. Running drinks, taking orders, toasting sandwiches, making specialty drinks. Can you confidently say that you are up for all these elements of the cafe experience?
Are you confident in working the bar, register and floor as/when required?
We require Tulips or rosettas as a bare minimum for our coffees. Can you confidently produce these without fail?
