About the role

TheCrew is a small electrical service team working across schools, councils and commercial clients along the Gold Coast–Brisbane corridor. We're not a big-site install outfit chasing the next shutdown — we do varied service, maintenance and small-works jobs, we do them properly, and our clients keep calling us back because of it. We're after one more valuable sparky to join the crew. The kind who turns up, gets it right the first time, and can be trusted to run a job on their own without it coming back to bite.

Key responsibilities
Service, maintenance and fault-finding across commercial sites, schools and council facilities
Repairs, small installs, switchboard and power/lighting work
Testing, compliance and test & tag
Talking to clients on site professionally — a lot of our work is in schools and council buildings
Working mostly solo or in a pair, managing your own day — and helping bring our apprentice along

About you




Reliable and trustworthy — you show up, you follow through, and your work doesn't need redoing
Pride in your work and attention to detail — we'd rather it's done right than done twice
Current QLD electrical worker's licence (A-grade / electrical mechanic)
Current Australian driver's licence
White Card
Blue Card (working with children) — or willing to obtain one, as we work in schools
Good communication and a professional manner on client sites
Right to work in Australia
