We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers with experience working with people living with Intellectual Impairment and Mental Health challenges to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:
Delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented support to help participants attain their goals and thrive in the community
Provide assistance with community access and social participation
Providing practical and emotional support to participants,



helping them navigate daily life activities and develop life skills
Implementing participants' support plans and maintaining accurate documentation in line with the organisation's processes and procedures.
Collaborating with other community services and professionals to ensure coordinated supports.
Advocating for mental health inclusion and support; engaging in crisis response

Job Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, suitable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $36.81 – $45.28 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gracemere QLD
