Lead daily coffee operations and oversee barista performance.
Maintain consistent coffee quality, extraction standards, and latte art presentation.
Train, mentor, and develop baristas and front-of-house staff.
Calibrate grinders and espresso machines throughout service.
Monitor stock levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and café supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained.
Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with regular customers.
Support smooth café operations during busy breakfast and brunch periods.
Assist management with staff rostering, opening and closing procedures, and service standards.
Help create seasonal beverage offerings and specialty coffee menus.




2+ years experience in specialty coffee or high-volume café environments.
Advanced espresso extraction and milk texturing skills.
Strong latte art ability.
Leadership and staff training experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Availability for weekends and early morning shifts.

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $49,900.00 – $70,000.00 per year
