GPS Electrical Services, part of Sentra Group, is seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to support a major FMCG manufacturing facility in the Ipswich region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled maintenance team working within a fast-paced production workplace on a dedicated night shift, with guaranteed weekly hours and strong potential for ongoing work beyond the initial project period.

The Role

The role offers valuable exposure in a Flagship Meat Processing Site. You will be responsible for supporting site operations through preventative and reactive maintenance activities, fault finding, breakdown response and continuous improvement initiatives across a busy production facility during night shift operations.
Industrial motors and drives
Conveyors and production equipment
PLC-controlled systems
Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
Preventative maintenance programs
Automation and control systems

What's on Offer
Sunday – Thursday night shift | 10:00pm – 7:15am
Guaranteed weekly hours
$60.00 per hour + 30% night shift loading + 25% casual loading
Immediate start available

What We're Looking For

We're interested in connecting with electricians who have:
Current QLD A Grade Electrical Licence
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in industrial maintenance
Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience working in manufacturing, processing or industrial environments
PLC experience or exposure (advantageous)
Ability to commit to a permanent Sunday–Thursday night shift roster
Q Fever vaccination or willingness to obtain
Comfort working within a meat processing setting
