We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy London Style Gastropub with a robust focus on quality, hearty food and excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience preparing and cooking British cuisine and be confident working in a rapid-paced pub kitchen setting.

About the Role
Prepare and cook a range of traditional and modern British dishes
Work as part of a skilled and supportive kitchen team
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
Assist with menu preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Contribute ideas and help maintain a positive kitchen environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous professional kitchen experience
Has demonstrated experience with British cuisine
Is confident cooking classic pub dishes to a high standard




Can work efficiently under pressure during busy services
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their food
Works well independently and as part of a team
Has a positive, reliable and qualified attitude
Holds the appropriate Australian work rights
Has relevant food safety qualifications/experience
