We’re growing and looking for Supervisors and Assistant Managers to join our teams across Maitland and Port Stephens.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll work alongside your team, coach and develop people, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service. No sitting in an office and no late nights.

Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
Confident leading a team from the front.
Solid customer service and communication skills.
Positive, energetic and results-focused.
Available for some weekends and public holidays.
Ready to take the next step in your career.

Experience:
Crew management: 2 years (Preferred)
