Are you an energetic, motivating and confident group fitness instructor who knows how to light up a room?

We’re launching 24fit Naracoorte and are looking for passionate instructors to help create an exciting, inclusive and results-driven class experience from day one.

With our Naracoorte club expected to open in mid-August , this is your opportunity to help launch a brand-new gym and shape the member experience from day one.

About the Role

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will:
Deliver high-energy, engaging and secure group fitness classes
Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
Motivate members to push their limits while maintaining proper technique
Build strong relationships within the Naracoorte community
Contribute to growing class attendance and member engagement

Classes and timetable will be finalised closer to opening, with opportunities available across mornings and evenings.

This is a casual position , with opportunity to grow as class demand increases as well as become a part of our gym crew team.

Skills & Experience
Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent qualification)
Current First Aid & CPR
Proven experience delivering group fitness classes
Solid communication and stage presence
Ability to build energy, connection and community
