To be successful you must have but not limited to:
minimum 3 years experience




minimum Cert Ill in commercial cookery
Exceptional food quality and food safety knowledge
The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have equivalent experience in hands on, high volume cooking including à la carte
Contribute to our daily processes and work along side the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
Be team orientated
Work well under pressure and be both confident and creative in the kitchen.
able to work independently and and as part as a team
