About the role

Are you a passionate barista looking to join a vibrant team at a leading hospitality establishment? PINA', a popular cafe and bar in the heart of Potts Point, NSW, is seeking a full-time barista to help deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks and supporting the overall operations of the cafe.

What you'll be doing
Operate the espresso machine to prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all coffee beverages
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following all health and safety procedures
Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee and other supplies
Support the broader cafe operations as needed, including food preparation and service

What we're looking for
Relevant experience: At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar coffee-making role
Coffee expertise: Proficient in operating espresso machines and preparing a wide range of coffee drinks
Customer service focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in a quick-paced environment
Teamwork: Cooperative nature and willingness to support the broader cafe team as needed
