ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for a Commercial Construction who will play a key role in overseeing the site management on both current and upcoming developments.

Duties and Resposibilities:
Manage, drive & co-ordinate subcontractors
Material procurement on site
Meet Construction timeline targets & critical paths
Conduct safety inspections & quality checks
Have an eye for detail,



with the ability to control the on site build process from inception through to completion while maintaining & building robust relationships with subcontractors, suppliers & office staff
Identify and manage risk; Assess and escalate areas of concern/ risk when identified
Evaluate construction methods and determine suitability.
Liaise and consult with the client to resolve any construction matters that arise

Skills and Experience:
Sound knowledge of all aspects of construction
Good communication skills across all levels
Self-motivation with attention to detail
Computer literate
Knowledge of Commercial building systems
Ability to interpret plans
People management skills
