You'll be the person managers rely on to keep service running smoothly, support the team and create great guest experiences every shift.

What You'll Do
Oversee floor operations during busy service
Support and coach front of house team members
Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
Resolve guest enquiries professionally and confidently
Maintain high presentation and service standards
Work closely with venue leadership to deliver smooth operations
You'll Bring
Experience supervising front of house in a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality venue
The ability to motivate and support a team
Solid communication and customer service skills
A calm,
organised approach in a quick-paced environment
Current Queensland RSA
Availability across week days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
