Associate / Team Leader – Structural Engineering | Sydney

A leading specialist structural engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate / Team Leader to join its Sydney team.

This is an excellent chance for a technically robust structural engineer looking to take the next step into leadership, while working on high-end residential projects and a diverse range of architectural and technically challenging work.

The Role:
Lead and deliver high-end residential structural projects
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
Manage client relationships and project delivery
Work closely with architects, builders and other consultants
Contribute to the growth and development of the Sydney team

About You:
Degree qualified Structural Engineer
Strong technical design and project delivery experience




Experience in high-end residential is highly desirable
Alternatively, strong experience across heritage, public buildings, landscaping/public domain or event spaces will be considered
Excellent communication and client management skills
Previous leadership or mentoring experience
Chartered status is highly regarded

Salary
Team Leader: $140K–$150K + super
Associate: $155K–$165K + super
