We're partnering with a leading Australian organisation to recruit a

Senior Strategy Manager

to join a high-performing enterprise strategy team.

This is an exciting prospect to work directly with senior executives on high-impact initiatives spanning AI, productivity, strategic performance, digital transformation, investment prioritisation and customer strategy. You'll help solve complex business challenges, shape strategic direction and influence enterprise-wide decision making.

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will:

Lead strategic problem solving and develop executive recommendations. Conduct market, customer, competitor and financial analysis. Support strategic planning and execution of key initiatives. Prepare executive presentations, board papers and briefing materials. Partner with senior stakeholders across strategy, technology, product and transformation.





You'll ideally come from a Top-tier or Tier 1 strategy consulting or Corporate Strategy within banking or financial services, or Big Four consulting with robust strategy experience.

You'll also bring:

Minimum 3+ years' strategy consulting or corporate strategy experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills. Robust PowerPoint, Excel and executive communication capability. Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
