About the role

This role would be perfect for an experienced Site Supervisor within the Project or Custom Home industry and looking to be challenged with diverse responsibilities.
The role of the Construction supervisor is to ensure the jobs are built in accordance with the building contract, the stamped plans and the specifications. Jobs must comply with company quality criteria, be built within the agreed time frames and within the defined budget. You will need to provide updates to Senior Management on a weekly basis.

Skills and Experience




You will need to have excellent communication skills, to be able to maintain and build relationships with internal and external customers, trades and suppliers.
Ideally you would have experience as a construction supervisor or a carpenter
Experience managing multiple sites
Knowledge of current building regulations, processes and OH&S;
A capable problem solver, able to manage time efficiently and be calm under pressure
Ability to provide management/admin updates and have site meetings with clients as required.
