Your recent role

We are seeking a highly experienced Asset Coordinator to support our Maintenance function at our Head Office in Nambour. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Create and manage assets, preventative maintenance policies and work order standard jobs across the full asset lifecycle




Complete electronic relocation of assets and components using site-based information systems
Bring existing and historical policy systems up to date with current, approved operational configurations
Monitor system users and advise the Business Improvement Manager on any training needs
Work closely with the Safety team to ensure maintenance strategies reflect current legislative requirements
Collaborate effectively with the Maintenance Documentation department
Conduct routine system health checks
Provide coverage for the Senior Asset Coordinator during periods of leave

What you'll need to succeed
Mechanical Trade Qualified preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management software
Previous experience in asset coordination in the mining or construction industries
Current Drivers Licence
