As part of our continued growth, our Melbourne team is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to coach, motivate and grow our high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of a energetic outbound sales team
Provide support by progressing and closing opportunities as needed
Set and monitor performance targets across individuals and the team
Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, training sessions and performance reviews
Implement and improve sales strategies aligned with company targets
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to deliver on customer and company goals

About You




Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience in a target-driven workplace
Proven experience coaching and mentoring high-performing sales specialists
Strong commercial acumen and ability to implement process improvements
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Motivated, resilient and passionate about team success
Phone sales experience highly desirable
