Eye Candy and Candy Club are hiring reliable, sharp Duty Managers to take charge of the floor, keep the venue safe, and drive nightly revenue.

In this role, you’ll work directly alongside our experienced General Manager, a true hospitality veteran, giving you hands on exposure to high-volume venue operations and nightlife management.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Floor Operations: Supervise staff, keep the energy high,



ensure staff are focused on key priorities, and maintain revenue on shift.
Maintain Safety & Security: Oversee floor safety, enforce strict RSA compliance, and maintain a secure workplace for all staff, entertainers, and patrons.
Operational Execution: Manage shift openings and closings, cash floats, and overall floor supervision during busy night trade.

Requirements:
Current RMLV and Approved Manager certification (essential).
Controllers License (or eligible to obtain immediately upon hire).
Solid background in late night hospitality, agile floor supervision, or adult entertainment venues.
Robust leadership, high reliability, and a confident presence on the floor.
