The lower North Shores newest Cocktail Bar and Event space has launched and we need your expertise to get where we need to be. Architecturally designed spaces, hundreds of whiskies and years of knowledge has brought us to this point. Working alongside a team with decades of hospitality experience in both BOH and FOH.

The venue just opened and is soon to launch its initial menu to get the ball rolling, more significant dishes, once this has been mastered, The food will be contemporary and substantial bar food with an Asian influence.

The Role

This is a great prospect for a current chef seeking further development. Salary range $75-90k based on experience and knowledge and character. The salary will be a reflection of what you bring to the table in terms of creativity, knowledge, experience and output. We are looking for someone with a broad palette who is passionate about food and customer service. You will expect to work closely with the owners and run services with a go-getter attitude.





Your responsibilities will include:

· Day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Ability to manage ordering, cost control, staff training

Eventually end up leading a small team.

· At least 2+ years of proven kitchen experience in a similar role.

· Char or hibachi grill experience is beneficial

· A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification

· Ability to demonstrate experience in creative menu design and implementation

· Proficiency in all aspects of food safety, including HACCP

· Positive communication skills, energy and attitude

· Unparalleled attention to detail

· Authentic desire to engage with and enhance guest experience
