Based at 41 Church Street, Dubbo, we service an area stretching from the Blue Mountains to the South Australian border, and everywhere in between. Our team is small by design - because we'd rather know our clients by name than lose them in a filing system.

The Role

We're on the lookout for a Solicitor to join our growing team, working across Commercial Law, Wills & Estates, Property Law & Litigation.

You'll get to:
Run your own files with real autonomy, backed by a supportive principal and team who'll always have your back
Work on genuinely varied and interesting matters - from succession planning and will disputes to rural property and business transactions
Build long-term relationships with clients who are grateful for positive, honest advice
Contribute to a firm that's actively trying to do things differently in a profession that badly needs it

About You
Admitted as a solicitor in NSW (or eligible for immediate admission), with a current practising certificate




Some experience in commercial, property, or wills & estates work - or a genuine keenness to learn
A clear communicator who can translate legalese into plain English (this one's non-negotiable - it's kind of our whole thing)
Comfortable working autonomously but happy to ask questions and pitch in as part of a close team
A "people person" who actually enjoys country life, or is curious to give it a go
