Our ideal candidate will have
2+ years experience as a waiter or food runner in hatted or premium restaurants
An ability to work well under pressure and understand the requirements for a fast-paced restaurant
A good level of food & wine knowledge, and the desire for continual learning

Availability to work a rotating roster
