KEY REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years supervisory experience in food service or retail food preparation
Food Safety Supervisor certification (SIRRFSA001) essential
Robust leadership and team development skills
Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety compliance
Weekend and holiday availability for roster coverage
Passion for premium food quality and presentation

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and mentor food preparation and café teams
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and REFSS requirements




Develop and implement food safety procedures and training
Oversee production planning and inventory management
Monitor quality standards and customer satisfaction
Manage staff rosters and performance development
Liaise with management on operational improvements
