We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, dedicated and experienced senior medical receptionists for our medical practices located in Canning Vale, WA.

Previous medical reception experience is required.Experience with Best Practice software will be an advantage.We are looking for experienced senior receptionist staff to work as part of a close knit team in a supportive and skilled team workplace. Shifts may include morning, afternoon and occasional weekends.





The key duties and responsibilities will include:Providing exceptional customer service
Patient recalls
Opening or closing of the clinic
Answering calls
Meet and greet of all patients and ensuring the relevant paperwork is completed
Scanning, faxing and maintenance of patient files
Batching to Medicare
Private billing of patients
assisting doctors and clinical staff with administration
