The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our network services team based in Rocklea, 4106. As the Planner/Scheduler you will be responsible for optimising field operations, managing work systems, and providing crucial support to field crews.

What you'll be responsible for
Preparing daily schedules, dispatching jobs to field crews and monitoring progress and deadlines.
Ensuring schedules are planned, tracked and delivered on time.
Scheduling and coordinating property access, permits and notifications
Assisting with maintaining a Geographic Information System and other management systems.
Assisting with IT and administration support for the field crew.
Building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships.

What you'll need to be successful
Proven track record in a similar role
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS or similar GIS software preferred
Experience with ClickMobile, Salesforce Field Service Edge or similar software




Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
