Senior End to End Property Manager – VIC (Bendigo) + Company Car!

We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our VIC team on a full-time basis, managing a growing portfolio of newly built homes across Bendigo and surrounding areas. This role suits someone who enjoys independence, variety, and the freedom to manage their schedule & does not mind driving.

About the Role:
You’ll take ownership of a residential portfolio and liaise directly with landlords, tenants, and trades. A company vehicle may be provided or allowance/reimbursement is available for travel between properties.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end portfolio management




Conduction of Practical Completion Inspections (PCI’s) of new builds
Routine inspections, Entry/Exit inspections and lease renewals
Maintenance coordination and rent reviews
Strong client relationship management

About You:
2+ years’ experience in Property Management
Strong time management and independence
Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
Full driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel between locations
Rights to work in Australia
