Qualifications, experience and skills
Real Estate Associate or Representative
1 + years experience in local Sydney metro property management
Time and email management skills
Maintenance management experience and skills a plus
Clear and Excellent written and oral communication and people skills
Confidence driving with timeline pressures
Full Current Drivers License and Own reliable car

Support tasks
Conduct Open homes for lease
Private and virtual inspections for lease
Processing and approving applications
Ingoing inspection reports and handovers
Routine Inspection reports to landlords
Vacate inspections and related tasks
Logging maintenance jobs
Appraisals




Compliance
Reports and communications.

Permanent Full time

Work: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and, either Thursday or Friday optional. 38 hour week plus 30 minute daily breaks. Hourly rate range estimated is a base rate excluding OTE 12% additional SG and any allowances or perks.

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
