Martini & Co knox is looking for an energetic and experienced Wait Staff / Front of House team member to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a busy restaurant setting and knows how to provide great customer service.

This is a casual position with approximately 3–4 shifts per week, with the opportunity for more shifts depending on availability and business needs.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 1 year of hospitality / restaurant experience
Friday and Saturday night availability is essential
Available for approximately 3–4 shifts per week
Confident taking orders and looking after tables
Friendly and confident with customers
Able to work efficiently during busy services
Reliable,



punctual and a positive team player
Good communication skills
POS experience is preferred

Your role will include:
Greeting and serving customers
Taking food and drink orders
Running food and beverages
Clearing and resetting tables
Processing payments
Keeping the restaurant clean and organised
Supporting the wider team during busy periods
