Sonoma Baking Company are looking for a customer focused Supervisor looking for the next step into an Assistant Café Manager or Café Manager role. Looking for someone with experience in Food & Beverage, as well as the Hospitality Industry, to join the team. You are uncompromising on product quality, possess solid service experience, place focus on consistency in everything you do and enjoy a bit of fun with the team and customers.

Role is Full-Time and will be located in Menai.

ABOUT:
Training of team to complete set tasks in a timely fashion
Ambassador going above and beyond customer service
Passionate approach to product knowledge
Assisting in all areas of the store
Ensure all Sonoma processes are followed
Manage stock and daily ordering
Lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service
On-going advice and training of staff in accordance to Sonoma guidelines
