We are looking for an experienced, polished and exceptionally personable Restaurant Manager to become the face of our restaurant.

This is not simply a position for someone who can run a shift.

We want someone with personality, presence and commercial ability — a manager who genuinely enjoys meeting people, can hold an intelligent and engaging conversation with patrons, builds relationships with regular customers and makes every guest feel significant.

Salary: $40 per hour . May lead to full time depending on experience and ability to prove yourself .

Your Mission

We want our new manager to take ownership of the customer experience and help us increase restaurant sales by approximately 15–20% within the first three months.





You’ll be expected to identify opportunities to grow revenue through:
Outstanding customer engagement
Building a robust base of loyal regular customers
Increasing repeat visits
Intelligent and tasteful upselling
Improving the overall dining experience
Motivating front-of-house staff
Identifying opportunities to increase average customer spend
Creating an atmosphere that makes customers want to return — and recommend us to others

Who We’re Looking For

You will ideally be:
Experienced in restaurant or hospitality management
Exceptionally friendly, outgoing and approachable
Polished and skilled in your presentation
Articulate and highly proficient in spoken English
A confident conversationalist who genuinely enjoys interacting with patrons
Naturally good at remembering and building relationships with customers
Commercially minded and sales focused
A confident leader who can motivate staff and set high service standards
Hands-on and willing to lead from the floor
Someone who notices opportunities rather than waiting to be told what to do
