Your Role:
Providing leadership and direction to nursing and care teams
Promoting a culture of excellence in resident‑centred care
Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care
Ensuring care plans accurately reflect residents' needs and preferences
Supporting compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
Monitoring AN-ACC requirements and documentation practices
Assisting in achieving care minute and Registered Nurse minute targets
Supporting accreditation and regulatory requirements
Leading investigations into incidents, complaints,



and clinical risks
Implementing corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives
Contributing to organisational risk management and service development

What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Aged care management experience, including clinical audits, accreditation, and funding management
Robust leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
Passionate about delivering high‑quality, compassionate care
