At Forty Winks Wagga Wagga, we believe great customer experiences don't end when a sale is made—they continue right through to delivery and installation in our customers' homes. We're looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused team member to help us deliver the exceptional service we're known for.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. One day you'll be receiving stock and organising the warehouse, the next you'll be delivering and assembling bedroom furniture or assisting customers in our showroom.

What you'll be doing
Receiving and unloading warehouse deliveries.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
Delivering, positioning and assembling bedroom furniture and mattresses in customers' homes.
Providing outstanding customer service both in-store and during deliveries.
Assisting the showroom team when required.
Following protected manual handling practices, including regularly lifting and moving furniture weighing 30kg or more.
Taking pride in every interaction and treating each customer's home with care and respect.

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who:
Has a positive, can‑do attitude.
Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.




Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Is physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Has excellent communication skills.
Is reliable, punctual and well presented.
Holds a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
Can work independently and use initiative.
Has furniture assembly, warehouse or delivery experience (highly regarded but not essential).
