We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Store Manager to lead our beautiful Malvern Central Boutique. This is an exciting chance for an experienced retail leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams, and achieving strong commercial results.

You’ll lead a team of 3–5 casual team members, creating a positive, customer-focused culture while taking ownership of your boutique’s performance. Supported by an experienced leadership team, you’ll have the autonomy to run your store with confidence while receiving ongoing coaching, training and career development.

We are open to appointing either a Full-Time Store Manager or (Part- time 4 day week for the right candidate).
