Join Our Team at BIG4 Saltwater Yamba Holiday Park!

Located on 130 acres along the beautiful Clarence River, just 10 minutes from Yamba, BIG4 Saltwater Yamba Holiday Park is part of the renowned BIG4 chain of Holiday Parks. We are getting ready for the busy season and seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team and help us deliver a memorable experience for our guests.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have solid attention to detail, a great work ethic, and an understanding that the customer always comes first. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our park. Preference will be given to candidates from the local area. Please note that weekend, school holiday and public holiday work will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean cabins and other areas to park standards
Report any maintenance issues to management
Replenish supplies in cabins and public areas
Follow all OH&S; procedures to ensure the safety of both staff and guests
Maintain clean, well-organized storage areas




Work collaboratively within a positive team setting to provide excellent customer service

The usual working hours are from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. However, shifts may occasionally vary ranging from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with a combination of both day and evening shifts.

Skills & Attributes:
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Flexibility in work hours and responsibilities
Strong people skills and the ability to build positive relationships
