Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients and management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Achieve and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements
Proven experience in a business development role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales proposals and presentations.




Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities.
Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
A valid driver's licence and car to manage client visits effectively.
