Dental Assistant cum Receptionist (Prahran)

What you will be doing
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including general dentistry and orthodontics
Prepare materials for dental procedures and sterilize instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and infection control protocols in the clinical area, ensuring a safe setting.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care, providing post-treatment instructions and advice.




Help coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring treatment timelines are followed.
Assist with financial arrangements and help patients understand their treatment costs and payment plans.
Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing phone and email inquiries.
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
Organize and manage the shipping and receiving schedules for aligners and other dental products.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to and from the clinic, coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Assist with packing and dispatching aligner trays and other materials for patients or clinics.
Monitor stock levels of dental supplies, assisting with inventory control and ordering of materials as needed.
