Macelleria Bondi is one of Australia's most recognised steakhouses, located opposite the iconic Bondi Beach in Sydney. We've been ranked among the world's best steakhouses and are known for premium Australian beef, dry-aged steaks and exceptional hospitality.
With thousands of international visitors dining with us every year, we're looking to establish an official presence on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book / RedNote) to connect with Chinese tourists and Sydney's Chinese community.
About the Project
We're looking for an experienced bilingual (English/Mandarin) Xiaohongshu marketing specialist to create our official Xiaohongshu presence from the ground up.
This is a fixed-price freelance project that includes:
Setting up and optimising our official Xiaohongshu Business Account.
Completing all account verification requirements.
Creating a qualified, branded profile.
Developing a content strategy.
Creating and publishing the first 10 high-quality posts using our existing qualified photography and video content.
Writing engaging Chinese-language copy suitable for Xiaohongshu.
Optimising the account for search using relevant keywords and hashtags.
Providing recommendations for ongoing growth.
Training our team so we can continue managing the account internally.
About You We're looking for someone who:
Is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese .
Has proven experience managing Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book / RedNote) business accounts.
Understands Chinese consumer behaviour and social media trends.
Has experience marketing restaurants, hospitality, tourism or premium lifestyle brands.
Can write natural, engaging Mandarin copy rather than relying on direct translation.
Is organised, creative and results-focused.
