An prospect exists within our rapid paced Sydney warehouse for a motivated individual to take a charge of their team. To lead by example and not be afraid to get your hands dirty to achieve our clients expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

Understand, follow and comply company policies

Work on the floor along side your team and lead them in dispatch, picking, receipting and enquiry ensuring company procedures are followed and KPIs are met.

Work with your supervisor to recruit recent team members for your area

Ensuring new team members are inducted and trained with company process

Booking transport along side the admin members

Have a strong email ability dealing with internal staff and external clients

Be able to use Microsoft office at a minimum level

Be experienced in high reach forklift operation.

A first Aid certificate an advantage but not necessary
