As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a full-time Workshop Office Administrator to join our driven and dynamic team.

About the Role:

Are you highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment? This could be the perfect role for you!

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Workshop Office Administrator to join our small, close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a range of administrative and accounts support tasks, including invoicing, managing supplier payments, assisting with job quoting, and general office coordination. You’ll also work closely with our Workshop and Projects teams and act as executive assistant to the Director.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is confident with systems,



and has solid attention to detail.

Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in Office Administration or as an Executive Assistant
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word & Outlook)
A proactive attitude and a genuine team player
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
Experience with accounting processes (Xero preferred but not essential)
Strong communication, numeracy, and customer service skills
Ability to manage time, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
Valid Australian driver’s license
Must have Australian working rights

What We Offer:
Full-time position (Monday – Friday)
Market-competitive salary ($75,000 to $85,000 per year) plus superannuation
