As a Workplace Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in building capability, delivering technical training and developing the skills of our workforce. Working closely with operational leaders, you'll coordinate regional training programs,



identify development opportunities and help create a highly skilled, safety-focused team that delivers critical infrastructure outcomes across the region.

Accountabilities include:
Identify, manage and deliver training in conjunction with Registered Training Organisations to ensure employees are able to fulfil their roles and responsibilities in accordance with business workforce capability and current legislation requirements.
Assist in the implementation and delivery of the Work Centre's learning and development program, monitoring of training costs against budget and reporting to management on the performance of the learning and development program against key performance indicators.
Maintain an employee training program, to ensure timely advice to Resource Managers and Project Managers, on training needs and all planned absences from work to attend training.
