The Role
We're looking for a Workplace Safety Manager to lead and evolve workplace health and safety across AP+ in a permanent part time capacity (two days per week or 15.2 hours spread across the week).
This is a highly visible role that partners with leaders across the business to embed a proactive safety culture, enhance risk management practices,
and ensure our workplace experience reflects the standards of a modern, high-performing organisation.
As our subject matter expert in workplace health and safety, you'll provide strategic guidance, influence decision-making, and help shape policies, frameworks and initiatives that support our people and business objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to a workplace that prioritises wellbeing, accountability and operational excellence.

This is a versatile role requiring on-site presence in our Sydney CBD office two days per week, ideally Tuesday and Thursday, offering the chance to make a significant impact while maintaining work-life balance.
