Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced WHS & Return to Work Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in supporting safety and compliance across the business.

About the Role

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for driving workplace health, safety, environmental, and return-to-work initiatives across the business. This is a hands-on role requiring regular interaction with employees, supervisors, and management to ensure compliance, promote best practice, and foster a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain compliance with relevant WHS, environmental, quality, and legislative requirements
Manage and continuously improve the WHS Management System in line with ISO 45001 standards
Coordinate safety training programs and support the implementation of corrective actions and system improvements
Oversee all aspects of workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
