Are you an Experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking for a change?

Morgan Conveyancing is a boutique conveyancing practice committed to providing exceptional client service. We're looking for a proactive, organised and experienced Conveyancing Clerk to support our team and help ensure every property transaction runs smoothly.

About the Role

You'll provide administrative support across all stages of residential conveyancing, including:
Opening Files
Preparing Contracts of Sale and Section 32s
Ordering property searches and certificates
Opening PEXA Workspaces
Liaising with banks, brokers and real estate agents
Assisting with settlement and post-settlement administration
Answering phones and providing outstanding client service
Scanning, filing, deed custody administration and file closing
General office administration

About You

You are:




Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Professional, well presented and an excellent communicator
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
Friendly, approachable and client focused
Confident using technology and keen to learn
Experience in conveyancing and/or legal administration is preferred. Experience with Smokeball, PEXA, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and Outlook will be highly regarded.
