We currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse Receptionist to provide a skilled, friendly, and efficient front-of-house service within a busy warehouse environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, delivery drivers, and team members, you will play a key role in maintaining site security, managing the switchboard, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

THE POSITION
Manage the site switchboard and direct calls and enquiries efficiently
Welcome visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers, ensuring all sign-in and site access requirements are completed
Coordinate visitor management, contractor documentation, and site inductions
Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier items
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record management




Monitor reception and common areas to ensure a professional, safe, and well-presented environment
Support site meetings, bookings, and other operational requirements as required
Liaise with warehouse operations, service providers, and stakeholders to support daily site activities

THE PERSON
Previous experience in a reception, switchboard, administration, or customer service role
Confident managing a busy switchboard and multiple competing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and site security standards
