Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on conveyor and roller systems,



packing machinery and other equipment within the packing shed

Improve operational efficiency to ensure optimal performance, minimal downtime, and safety compliance

Identify faults and provide practical, effective solutions to technical problems that arise in the packing process

Keep accurate records of maintenance work

Identify safety issues, implement corrective actions, and provide innovative solutions with both safety and efficiency in mind

Advise on, consult, and oversee the implementation of future equipment upgrades to improve and advance the production setup

Experience and Qualifications:

Trade qualification preferred including:

Fitter and Turner

Electrician or strong electrical knowledge

Or extensive hands-on experience with conveyor and roller systems.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.

Experience managing maintenance operations or overseeing equipment performance is highly desirable.
