About The Chance

The primary purpose of this position is to support the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio while progressively developing the knowledge, judgment and confidence to step into a Commercial Property Manager role in your own right.

Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Property Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, options and critical lease dates




Coordinating maintenance and compliance matters from instruction through to completion
Assisting with the day-to‑day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio
Conducting inspections and preparing explicit, commercially useful reports
Building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

About You

The successful candidate will have:
Approximately two to three years’ experience in property management (commercial experience preferred, though residential, industrial, retail or facilities backgrounds will also be considered)
A commercially minded approach, with genuine interest in leases, financials and asset performance
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
A current Queensland real estate registration or licence
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
