Location: Willawong, QLD

Shift: Afternoon Shift (14:30 – 22:00)
Pay Rate: $50.63 per hour + Super

About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Team Leader to join our team at the state-of-the-art Willawong site. This agile role bridges the gap between direct customer engagement, warehouse coordination, and hands-on operational duties. If you have robust communication skills, WMS experience, and valid forklift tickets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide direct customer service, maintaining explicit communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Warehouse & Logistics Planning: Manage receiving, despatch, and workload planning using Linfox WMS (SAP) and customer systems (MFG Pro).
Inventory Control: Conduct accurate inventory checks, audits, and stock control via SAP.
Supervisory Support: Step up to provide operational support and leave coverage for the Warehouse Supervisor.
Forklift Operations: Safely operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as required.
General Operations:



Undertake general warehouse duties to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For
Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights in Australia.
Forklift Tickets: Valid LF Ticket with proven High Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience.
System Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP (Linfox WMS) and/or MFG Pro is highly regarded.
Safety First: Strong commitment to warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
Pre-Employment Requirements: Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test and provide/obtain a valid National Police Check.
